Here is a brief rundown how to reserve a current puppy. Just go to the available puppies page and choose the available puppy of your choice. Please select Full or Limited AKC Registration.  You will have a choice of either paying a $200 deposit or paying the full amount. If you pay the deposit why the final amount has to be paid and cleared before the puppy leaves the premises. You can pay the final balance here. All deposits are non-refundable. Once you have the puppy reserved we will keep you updated with pictures and delivery if you opted for that. The email you receive after reserving the puppy is your contract agreement.
If your reserved puppy dies for some reason we will replace it with a replacement puppy or refund your deposit. With baby puppies that can happen occasionally for sure with the large breed dogs. The mother is large and will accidentally lay on a pup occasionally.
We Reserve the right to decline and refund a deposit if we feel the buyer is not eligible for having a large breed dog or has any-other ineligibility. If we can not supply you with your puppy we will cancel the reservation and issue a full refund.

 Here is a brief rundown how to reserve a future puppy. Go the reserve a future puppy page and you can reserve puppy there. You will only pay $200 deposit regardless of what options you choose. Please select the gender, Full or Limited AKC Registration which will have the total price of the puppy. The final amount will be paid at or before pickup or delivery. You can pay the final balance here.
We Reserve the right to decline and refund a deposit if we feel the buyer is not eligible for having that breed dog or has any-other ineligibility. If we can not supply you with your puppy we will cancel the deposit and issue a full refund. Once the litter is here why we will let you choose which puppy you want in the order of the reservations, whoever has the first deposit down gets pick of the litter the second reservation gets second pick and in that order.
